• The total amount paid by you in the last six (6) months

(whichever is lower).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive it
• Force Majeure: No liability for events beyond reasonable control
• No Partnership: These Terms do not create any partnership or agency relationship
